That even as we hurt, we hoped
That even as we tired, we tried
That we'll forever be tied together, victorious"

About Me
I utilize a person-centered approach to psychotherapy. I help clients understand their challenges, acknowledge them and partner with you to set goals to reduce symptoms and stressors.

My most successful experiences as a clinician have been with tweens, teens, and adults who have experienced grief caused by different types of losses and by those who have experienced complex and repeated trauma. I have proven success working with students who are challenged with the effects of ADHD and dyslexia. I offer individual therapy virtually and support groups both virtually and in-person.

I am a public health practitioner and a psychotherapist. I have experience in local and state government, public and charter schools and in nonprofit settings. I obtained a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, minor in Sociology from Xavier University of Louisiana; Master of Public Health in Community Health - Behavioral Science & Health Education from Saint Louis University; and a Master of Social Work from Tulane University with a Certificate in Disaster Mental Health and Trauma Studies and Motivational Interviewing. I also have a certification in Trauma and Grief Component Therapy - Adolescents.

Most importantly, I am here for you!
